Defective products or issues with tattoo application
If you run into an issue with applying your tattoo or if the products you got are damaged/defective, reach out to us - it may be eligible for a one-time resend or store credit.
How Do I Make a Return?
It’s super simple! Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or let us know using the contact form on the 'Work With Us' page. Don’t forget to include:
- Your name and address
- Your order number
- The products and quantity you’d like to return
- The reason why you’re hoping to return it

Inkfeel™ goes above and beyond to provide a pleasant experience for all our customers. We do two inspections on our merchandise before they depart our shipping station to ensure the goods are dispatched in their proper condition. We work diligently to ensure all packages are shipped within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds. We do offer exchanges once the original items have been received back by our facility. If a mistake has been made with your order in that you find that you've been sent the wrong item(s), this is the only exception. If there is an issue with your order, you have 7 days from the time in which you receive your package to report the issue to us. To report issues, please contact us at Inkfeeltattoos@gmail.com.
